Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A.You may cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before the event (Japan Standard Time). Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event start time are non-refundable.
Q.Can I join the event alone?

A.All bookings require a minimum of two participants. If you wish to join as a solo traveler, please contact us. An additional fee may apply.
Q.What languages are available for the tour guides?

A.English and French-speaking guides are available for all events. Other languages may be available upon request — please contact us in advance.
Q.When will I receive the voucher?

A. You will receive your e-voucher by email shortly after completing your booking. It will include the meeting location, meeting time, and your guide's contact information.
Q.What should I bring on the day of the event?

A.Please bring your e-voucher (printed or digital) and arrive on time at the designated meeting point. No other items are required unless otherwise stated in the event description.
